What We Make

Salsas

Restaurant-style, roasted, verde or chunky: we produce shelf-stable salsa that still tastes fresh.

On Our Lines

Salsas, done at scale

Salsa is an acidified food, and the craft is in the balance: enough acidity for shelf-stable food safety without drowning the flavor in vinegar. Our formulation team dials in pH, texture and heat so the jarred version tastes like the recipe that made your name.

Chunky styles with real particulates, smooth restaurant blends, and roasted profiles all run on our lines. We scale heat levels from mild to extra hot with consistency, batch after batch, jar after jar.
